# ENT Flap Managment

Order set to be used by CCS team when assisting in the management of a flap preformed by the ENT service.

\- Q1h Doppler and flap checks by nursing

\- Q4h flap checks by ENT

\- Decadron 8mg q8h x24h

\- Daily labs

\- Daily ASA x30days

\- Judicious volume use to prevent congesting flap. Prefer vasopressors and MAP >65.

\- Plus or minus IV abx x5days.
