•Discharged from hospital after rib plating


•Discharged from hospital with rib fractures requiring further evaluation


•Follow-up rib-related problems from CWIT clinic


•All patients enrolled in ENCOMPASS should be seen here; patients may require additional appointments in trauma clinic or complex care clinic depending on needs


•Discharged from ED or hospital after trauma evaluation requiring outpatient follow-up


•Follow-up trauma-related problems from CWIT clinic




•New elective general surgery consultations


•Post-op visits from patients scheduled through EGS Elective clinic


•Discharged from ED or hospital after EGS evaluation who still need an operation (e.g. reducible inguinal hernia that was observed)


•Percutaneous cholecystostomy tubes ok


•Patients discharged from EGS clinic who are returning for follow-up (e.g., inguinal hernia recurrence one-year post-op)


•Discharged from the hospital after EGS operated on the patient


•Follow-up general surgery-related problems from EGS Follow-Up clinic


•Do NOT schedule percutaneous cholecystostomy tube patients here




•Patients requiring long-term or multi-disciplinary care such as ventral hernias with EC fistulas or complex wounds


•Percutaneous cholecystostomy tubes ok


•Admission to this clinic requires approval from Berning, Terzian, Tierney, or Veatch


•Jenn Dickey will identify patients in Trauma or EGS Follow-Up clinic who should be transitioned to this clinic


•Should not directly schedule here from ED or hospital at discharge
