Order set to be used by CCS team when assisting in the management of a flap preformed by the ENT service.

- Q1h Doppler and flap checks by nursing

- Q4h flap checks by ENT

- Decadron 8mg q8h x24h

- Daily labs

- Daily ASA x30days

- Judicious volume use to prevent congesting flap. Prefer vasopressors and MAP >65.

- Plus or minus IV abx x5days.
